coping guide for winter stress


As an autistic it can get stressful for all autistic indivuals on the autistic stectrum 
So here is my guide for coping with stress during winter 

1. Always have fidgits 
2. Buy yourself a hot drink or bring one in a flask can help relax the body 
3. Wear protective gear / hats / coats / gloves ect stop the cold attacking 
4. Keep yourself busy with activities to do 

Hope this can guide you in the right direction this winter to stay stress free
